Hello Friends,

With the help of this forum i made 6 cell plates with graphite as a dry cell and i am generating good bubbles but when i lit i am not hearing any pop sound, so what am i generating, bubbles are very fast, i need some kind of help from seniors to know where i went wrong, why it is not popping.

Thanks

BOYS AND GIRLS! I now have the longest lasting electrolyzer available. I was playing around with graphite cloth which works very well Just a tshirt fabric sprayed with a conductive graphite lubricant (saturated) it works well but not enough current through the electrodes. I have now switched to hard carbon fiber sheet. 72 volts 2 amps into standard tap water for 4 days now and the water is as clean as a bell. I'm super happy to have come accross this as I can now source it easily for everyone. The output is about 80 percent of stainless and is much more difficult to work with however it breaks down very little over a long term. 4 days and I only found two specs of carbon fiber in the bottom of my container. I couldn't tell the plates had done any electro cavitation. Connections to the carbon fiber are very difficult. You will need two copper buss plates bolted (sandwiching the carbon fiber sheet in between) with lots of wire glue between copper and carbon fiber. Once finished you will need to use plasti dip to cover exposed copper. (be sure to coat all the copper that can't be coated with plasti dip with the wire glue or it will corrode. Don't use acids or bases. You may however use salt I have tested the use of salt to improve current and output and couldn't see any cavitation at all but I only ran the sell for 20 hours with salt in the water before the chlorine in my shop became overwhelming.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Real-Carbo.....93%3A1|294%3A50

The above link is what I was using for my studies (real carbon fiber) however my sheets were 10 12"x12" sheets 1/4" apart. The output was great when I used a membrane like panty hose though. This nylon mesh is the perfect membrane for this so that you can clamp very closely together.

Here is the wire glue

http://cgi.ebay.com/Rapid-Fire.....7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

I know there has been much anticipation for graphite based cells but the graphite is just to expensive for everyone to use. Fuel cell grade extra soft graphite is about 30 dollars a square foot and that is too expensive for my studies as well as everyone else's. So carbon fiber. If you have a bad connection the carbon fiber will burn like a resistor. So be sure to overbuild your connections to each sheet. Look around ebay you can get it very cheaply now.

Hi everyone

I have been searching around the forum about facts. I'm interested in your view of building HHO cells. However I have not seen any clear results so far.

Is it possible to have a brief overview of a graphite cell that works and delivers. And would it be possible to get the specs including power input, gas output quantity (LPM) as well as the operating temperature.

Or simply link me to a thread where you have all that exposed.

Much appreciated.

Zipstor.
 Good day ,
I would like to know what other people have come up with to use as a medium or solution to use
in the hho gen test units . I know this will be wide and varied. I like the use of graphite for the plates.
I wounder if eletro-lite is just a personal preference. Some think its a guarded secret that makes their
hho units best on the market! I have teted baking soda and soft water from a water conditioner in a ss
hho with a some draw backs. Distilled water and epson salts is my next test and please post your
thoughts. dugger

HI,
I just made a 4 plate graphite dry cell. 6x6 ,1/16" gap, wired + - + -,
it makes 1/2 liter at 30 amps, with tap water and a pinch of salt.
should it be making more.
wisdav
