On April 23, 2010, Windhog received and signed for a certified mail letter containing a postal money order for the full purchase price of a 2Kw package deal wind generator. I've heard nothing since. Not a word.

After an EMail informing me of the purchase price, Windhog has not replied to any of the pertinent EMails I have sent, does not answer the phone, and is about to find itself in legal difficulties if I do not receive either the product or a full refund. I would prefer the wind generator, if indeed any actually exist....

What's the matter with you guys? I WAS patient, as I understood there were production problems, but THREE MONTHS?

I have tried and tried and tried to contact Windhog, and this is absolutely the last attempt. When there is no reply to this, and I expect there won't be, it's straight to the legal authorities, beginning with Wasilla city and going all the way to the FCC, ICC, and anybody else I can think of.

I'm pissed. This is all beyond absurd. THREE MONTHS!

Blade length and total possible power

Dear Sirs:

I have a little double about the power of you 2 kw wind turbines: your blade length is either 28" (? 5-blades) or 35" (3-blades), however, other brands use blade length up to 76" (1.93m) for the same 2kw power rating. Why is the big difference?
Thanks.

Michael Kang

I have just purchased a 160 amp charge controller 12 volt with display for my wind turbine but unfortunately it came without instruction for wiring. I am unsure if it has a built in diode or am I to install one between the turbine and the controller?? Any help would be greatly appreciated in aiding me to wire this controller correctly. regards Phil
